At the water treatment exhibition in Thailand, many local customers showed a strong interest in the plants deodorant of farming odoriferous. The customers mainly want to use it for deodorizing chicken farms and pig farms, especially in the current hot weather, the odor from the farms is more pronounced, not only affecting the surrounding living environment but also seriously affecting animal health and accelerating the spread of diseases.
The main ingredients of the plants deodorant for farming include mint, lemongrass, theaflavin, grape seed, camphor plants, silene, eucalyptus oil, mugwort, pine oil, and more than 50 kinds of plant extracts as the main raw materials. After the plant deodorant is atomized or diluted and enters the air, it comes into contact with and captures the odor molecules. Due to its high solubility to odor molecules, the odor molecules are quickly adsorbed by atomized liquid droplets and dissolved inside, causing most of the odor molecules to react with the plant extract, changing the original molecular structure of the odor gas into non-toxic and harmless simple small molecules, thereby achieving the effect of deodorization and odor removal without secondary pollution. The plants deodorant of farming odoriferous can effectively decompose hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, and other volatile organic compounds (VOCS) in the malodorous environment. According to the testing by CMA professional institutions, the removal rates are 95.3% for hydrogen sulfide, 96% for ammonia, and 95.2% for methyl mercaptan.
In addition, it is also crucial for the plants deodorant of farming odoriferous to be safe and non-toxic for use in farming. The product has been tested by disease control centers and is proven to be safe, non-toxic when inhaled, and non-irritating to the skin. It is harmless to humans, animals, and plants. Therefore, it can be used with confidence.
On-site use method:
1. Dilute the plants deodorant of farming odoriferous with water at a ratio of 50-100 times, and spray it evenly on places with odor such as animal sheds, animal manure, septic tanks, and smelly ditches.
2. For manure pits, directly add the deodorant at a ratio of 0.05%-0.1% with a mixing machine or other mixing equipment (i.e., add 0.5-1kg of deodorant to one ton of manure).
3. In hot weather, it is recommended to spray the deodorant daily, and in cold temperatures, it is recommended to spray every two to three days. Large-scale farming facilities can use sprinkler pipes for spraying.
4. The plant deodorant can be diluted into a 50-100 times solution for addition or spraying, or can be directly added to wastewater or malodorous environments.
