作用机理 | Working Principle
Displacement Adsorption:The active groups in the demulsifier compete with existing surfactants in the emulsion system for adsorption sites, disrupting the interfacial film and reducing emulsion stability.
Charge Neutralization:Neutralizes the charges between oil droplets and the aqueous phase, lowering the interfacial potential and reducing electrostatic repulsion.
Coalescence and Separation:Promotes coalescence of fine oil droplets into larger ones, enabling rapid flotation or settling and achieving efficient oil–water separation

Usage Instructions
Jar Test

Add the demulsifier first and mix thoroughly.

Adjust the pH to 7–9.

Once small flocs appear, add polyacrylamide (PAM) to enhance flocculation and sedimentation.

Typical dosage: 0.5‰ – 3‰, depending on wastewater characteristics.
On-site Dosing

Dilute the stock solution to 1–5% concentration before use.
