During the production process, pharmaceutical plants generate wastewater that emits various gases, often containing harmful substances such as organic solvents, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and mercaptans. To protect the environment and employee health, pharmaceutical companies must implement effective gas treatment measures to ensure that the emissions comply with national or regional environmental standards. It is recommended to use a plant-based deodorizer specifically designed for pharmaceutical plants.
The "Beijing Shi Deodorizer" is a highly concentrated, environmentally friendly deodorizing agent developed specifically for pharmaceutical plant emissions. Its main ingredients are extracted from over 50 plants, including mint, citronella, tea polyphenols, grape seed, camphor, yucca, eucalyptus oil, mugwort, and pine oil. The effective molecules contain conjugated double bonds and other active groups, which make it highly effective in removing various odors and industrial gases. The deodorizer quickly neutralizes and decomposes odor-causing organic compounds, converting them into carbon dioxide and water, while being non-toxic and harmless to humans.
Here are three main deodorization methods:
Space Spraying Deodorization:
Dilute the deodorizer 200 times and spray it into a mist using a sprayer. The droplets disperse in the designated space, absorbing odor molecules from the air. The spatial structure of the odor molecules changes, becoming unstable. The odor molecules attached to the droplets also react with oxygen in the air. Through these reactions, the odor molecules are transformed into odorless and harmless substances, such as water and inorganic salts, effectively eliminating odors. This method can decompose hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the exhaust gases.
Exhaust Scrubber Tower:
Collect the odors from the workshop using exhaust ducts and direct them into an exhaust scrubber tower. Add organic fertilizer deodorizer to the circulating water in the tower. As the exhaust passes through the plant-based active liquid in the deodorizer, it is washed, and the cleaned exhaust is expelled. This method achieves over 97% removal of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in the exhaust gases.
Direct Industrial Wastewater Deodorization:
Add the deodorizing agent directly into the wastewater at a dosage of 0.1-1 kg per ton of wastewater. This method controls odor at its source, preventing the formation of odor in the wastewater.
